iit doesnt make the noise goin over bumps... when i first start the car and its not warmed up yet it doesnt do it but when the car gets moving a litlle thats when it starts along withan occasional hissing noise? idk what it is im taking it 2 a mechanic this weekend but id rather try 2 fix it on my own i really dont think it has anything 2 do with the wheels... HELP ME OUT PPL!

ITS HAS nothing to do with the axle wheel or anything loose the noise come from the upper right hand side of the motor if ur sitting in front of the car and u looking at it..

Somehow I doubt the hissing noise is related to your knocking noise. Even with the POOR description you gave, those two don't seem like they are or could be related.
Take it to the mechanic and pay for the diag. and then if you think you can fix it, try.
Also, If it only makes the noise when you get moving, what makes you think it isnt related to the wheels/axles/suspension??
A knocking noise "comming from the top of the motor" could mean a number of things.
for example
Rod knock will often sound like it is comming from the top of the motor.
A dry lifter can be so loud that it can trip your knock sensor.
A loose pulley can knock
With out any video with decent audio, I don't think anyone will be able to help you.

people when the car is a complete stop and its mostly warming up the noise start it doesnt have to do with anything with a rod know or anything am thinking is the compression pressure making the sounds??any other ideas

i had the same problem in my gen one my dad got pissed cause i wouldnt fix it its where the motor and trany meet try puting all the bolts back in ti on all the parts and it will go away but look at me i havent even fixed mine yet here eiser fix turn ur music up loud
