I did take a look at those pics then the pics of Rockys motor hes building. I must say that is a unique design cant say Ive ever seen it before. I guess it provides for great cooling of the cylinder but the trade off is lack of strength.

I gotta give props to whoever came up with the idea of the sleeves to support the wall and maintain cooling.
