size of 4g63 head

hey i was wondering what size of a 4g63 head where and if they where the same as a 420a head??? my thinking is sort of like honda where u can in-change different heads thanks for your help

You can't do head swaps. Mitsubishi's are not Honda's. Go to the link Fernando posted.
