My first car was a '98 Eclipse RS, and I stuck to the "show" idea...until it was wrecked. In fact, it was wrecked on the way back from the body shop, after getting a quote for a bunch of stuff (body kit, headlights, hood, etc.)

I used to listen for the squeaks and rattles, but I found out that if you turn the music up, most of the time it will down out the other sounds...except the sunroof rattle.

I have some kinda of cheap shit in my door which do not fit, they look like 6" apposed to 6.5" like the factory ones are.
and for the rear I have the factory wizzer cone, the left one rattles. answer your question?

5.5 " door speakers Jensen's but they sound decent

stock rear speakers that sound awsome...for how old they are..and they dont pop or crackle...so i kept them till i could buy better ones..

Sub...JLW0 12" in a ported box

A/D/S 12 watt amp...



sounds decent rattles your teeth out if you need it to...no sense in spending big money on a stereo unless you have all your practical things done... i got all mine for free...




PS. body kits are as cool as Aids...

 

I like the Buddy Club 3 body kits because it looks somewhat stock...only more...futuristic, so-to-speak. So where are they sold?

As for anyone who thinks they know what my tastes are, don't even post. Everyone has their own ideas when it comes to their cars, so if you don't like an idea of mine, go start your own thread about it, but don't fuck up mine and clog it with your bullshit.

If you don't like my idea of putting a body kit on a turbo 2g, don't put a body kit on your 2g. Not everyone in Mitsu Tech is against body kits; It all depends on who you ask. Also, remember...this is Mitsu Tech on Tampa Racing. 'Nuff said.

By the way...I like writing with proper spelling, punctuation and grammar. Does that mean I don't belong in Mitsu Tech, too?
