Loud Noise coming from the Bottom end

Question Loud Noise coming from the Bottom end

Ey guys ..... a few days ago my car start making a really loud noise coming from the block i think is the a broke rod.... the car turn on and get on boost but noise sound to bad....im afraid is a crankwalk and i will need to replace crank,bearings,rod and pistons ...... im trying to figuere out which is the best way to do it take the all motor out and work inside my house or take the head apart intake so and so.... and work with the block in the car...this is the FIRST time that im doing this... i never put a engine apart before..any ideas what i should do..????

Could be the rod bearing, I'd drop the oil pan and see whats going on down there.

sounds like you spun a bearing,i believe when you crankwalk the car wont run or start

Well that's pretty much what i thougth, but i read that in some cases u may have a crankwalk and the car still start and run i already start taking out the hoses and pipes to pull out the motor which i think it will be the best option in the best scenario.... i which i can post the noise but i cant... is something like this rythm.... but real loud: ta ta ta ta ta tatatatatattatatat tatata tata a ta ta ta ta ta ta ta tatatatatatatatatattata ok if u can read that is something close to it....

crankwalk will have other symptoms as well, I still say it's a rod bearing.
