Default Prob. w/ the 16g!!! need help!

Hey guys, if you know, I just recently had a 16g put into my 91 automatic plymouth RS turbo, now i know it originaly came with a 13g, but I got the manifold and fuel pump, the turbo came with all the water and oil lines, but!!! the guy working on my car and said the oil lines fit but the water lines dont!!?!?!?! He's working on the car as well speak, do you know where I can get the water lines?

Also he said i dont have to run it with water going through it, what do you guys think? Help me ASAP plz!!

you can run it without the waterlines, just remember to let it idle after you park for a few minutes if you do that. run without the waterlines till you get the right ones i guess.

well can i permently run it without water? and where can i get the correct lines? the turbo came with water lines, but he said they dont work, and the old ones dont work either, so which ones is it?

yes the water lines are also different.
And yes you can run with out them. I dont use wate lines on my 16g.

is it safe? wil it miss up or over heat? anything i should know about running it with no water?

half the turbos out there dont use water to cool them. as long as you let it idle for a few minutes after boosting so the oil can run through it and cool it down its fine.

You will be fine without the water lines. Just eliminate them and run without them.

As long as you dont beat on the car then shut it off right away, you are fine. If you drive the last 1/2 mile to a mile without beating on it before shutting it off, you can just shut the car off and walk away with no worries.

Get a turbo timer if you are really worried about it, did you upgrade your 390's?!? I saw you got a fuel pump.

390's? wuts that? how much do turbo timers go for, and how much? and how about boost controllers? are they easy to install?
