so heres a little update on what all ive gotten done so far.....
ive taken basically everything apart that i need to, now its time to get to installing, which will probably happen in the next few days.

this is one of the mounts for the driveshaft that has to be welded onto my car, luckily i know someone with a welder and im going to use that. for the other driveshaft mount, im just going to weld the studs onto the mount since its identical to the awd mount, and theres no point in spending ALOT of time (and i mean ALOT, its very time consuming) drilling through the spot welds.

before i can mount the new gas tank, i need to cut out the old gas tank mounts, and cut into the frame to put some bolts through the bottom of the frame to accommodate for the strap style mounts of the awd gas tank.

i did some more work today. still a ways to go, but i just gotta take it one task at a time.

the gastank and the fuel pumps being swapped, i still need to rewire the connector for the fuel pump since the awd has the fuel level sender on the pump, and the fwd has that separate.

automatic diff on the right, manual diff on the left. i need to swap out the internals.

struts and springs

new tires, and cleaned the rims

my parents are officially mad because i am now taking up all 3 garage bays

put two of the longer subframe bolts in, still need to put in two more.

the awd gastank requires diferent mounting spots than the fwd gastank, so i had to cut through the frame once again to drop the bolts through to the new mounting spot.

here, you can see the rear driveshaft mount, right now i just used screws to secure it to the driveshaft tunnel, but tomorrow i wil make sure its aligned (which i think its crooked a bit) and then weld it on. you can also see the bolts i put through the frame for the gastank.

one of the awd subframe bolts

gastank bolt/driveshaft mount

and the mess continues to grow!!!!
you can see someone got happy with the window chalk lol. sorry about that
