if the clutch holds and doesnt slip, than its not the problem. you either still have air in the lines, pedal is still not adjusted, or throwout came un-hooked. where did you get the master and slave from? just because they are new doesnt mean anything either. i see new parts come back all day long.

when you say "back" do you mean it's all the way threaded in to the pedal assembly or it's threaded all the way out to where is about to be come loose from the pedal assembly? if it's not disengaging it needs be more towards the side where it's going to become loose from the pedal assmebly

You might have a broken pedal assembly. I had that problem and had to have Jerry weld it.

RRE's Clutch And Flywheel Tech Info

If you can wiggle the pedal with one hand, and you don't feel the clutch master cylinder rod moving with the other hand, you are suffering from this problem. The solution is to replace the pedal assembly, or possibly weld the linkage where it is loose. Either one requires more work to remove and reinstall the pedal assembly, you don't even want to know how much hassle it is.
Its almost all the way down the page under clutch adjustments for a 1G.

the pedal assembly itself is fint i think that the throwout bearing itself is not pushing far enough into the pressure plte
