you can fly across a median from speeds under 40mph, ive seen it happen before. it couldve just been labeled as high rate of speed because of
1. hitting 2 cops.
2. an import
3. ricers fucking everything up

no way in hell was that eclipse only going 40mph or so. that guy would've haved to be dippin to get crushed up like that. and cop cars have those bash bars on the front of them(some anyways) so he would had to have hit the cop car at a pretty high speed to crush the cruiser like that.

Holy shit...I was at my boy's when this happened and my mom thought it was me. She called me, and she sounded terrified, but even more thankful I was alive. Anyway, my sympathies go out to his family, because hearing the fear in my mother's voice really gave me a hint of what this guy's family must be feeling.
