Yes, after all the feedback from you guys it does'nt seem like a good swap. To many moving parts, simple is GOOD! Thanks

yeah the power added to pain in the ass ratio not looking so good.
or you can use my formula..

((M * .5) + T³) - (1.5 * p(²)) = V If it was worth it or not. Where as M= Money spent, T= Time invested (in hours), P= Power added, V= vag. If vag < 0, then
say "waste of time"
else;
say "good choice"

The only negative feedback you will receive about the cyclone are from those who havent used one. Or from someone who couldn't get the flappers working correctly. I set them up with a t25 actuator. This makes the flappers open with boost just like a wastegate.

the manifold makes an extra 40lbs torque over a stocker. it spools big turbos 4-500rpm faster. the brothers next door installed one on a 14b powered car and the topend went from 150mph to 165mph NP other changes.

you could do anything as long as you have the patience, money, and time. the above posts mention that its a pain in the ass to install, too many parts and a lot of modifications. you could put one on a 7bolt head, but it would just bottle-neck all the air. the ports on a stock 7 bolt head are smaller compared to the cyclone intake ports.

I mated a cyclone intake to a 7 bolt head for the yellow car. Thats how much I believe in the manifold. Its not easy but can be done. I didn't hog out the intake port on the head. The intake port was widened to match the width of 1g port. Then the manifold was filled with epoxy to match the height of a 2g port. I wanted to keep the superior shape of the 2g intake port. If you are going to hog out the port to match the 1g size you may as well just use a 1g head.

I didn't know you used your cyclone... I still want to use mine but I want to see the back to back results on the dyno like we discussed before.
