they do awesome work with heads, i know they do blocks but i have never gone to them for that. i have herd nothing but good things come from them and the guy for sure knows what he is doing. my uncle sent his heads on his camaro and his block to be bored there and they guy did clean work. offered to do the rebuild on the motor for a decent price but my uncle can do it himself and the guy still gave my uncle some tip and tricks and even loned him tools for the job. very good shop!

 

if i can get a block built ready to go with an oil pump, and forged internals for 1600 bucks which includes machining, assembly and all the internals.......you should go somewhere else, see if jerry can get you something.

 

Ya that what i thought. I'm just getting different quotes from places to see who will give me the best deal. I still have to get the rest of the parts and then decide on where im taking it. I have a couple of places that were recommended by a few people. I think for the head I'm gonna give Dave a call to see what he can do for me. As for the block its still up in the air. I need to get the block bored and then the rods machined to the pistons cuz i'm gonna run 1g rods with 2g pistons.

 

Ya i'm gonna give Jerry a call too. I need to get good work done and not something thats gonna clean out my bank account either.
