Is it backfiring,popping,stuttering or missing while this happens? You could also have a leak somewhere besides the piping.

90% its a boost leak..
mine did the same thing.. changed plugs... etc..
did a boost leak test.. fixed the leaks.. 3 weeks later same thing..
maybe I got another leak? or could it be something else?
