Default Looking At A '95 TSI...

I'm looking into getting a '95 Talon TSi, 123xxx miles, 100% stock. What are the common problems with DSM's and what should be replaced immediately? Dont be a jerk to me, I'm just looking for some info about them that only owners know... I myself am a Dodge guy, but I just want something new to play with. Thanks in advance for your input.

i would bring someone along that knows dsm's to look at it, it depends on how it was taken care of, i dont know of any common problems really, every car is different. take someone along that knows about them though, and since its stock, its probably gonna pretty reliable, so thats a good thing.

95 and up TSI and GST suffer from crankwalk. so I would keep that in mind. also one thing i will spend money on is gettin all new belts. just to be sure. those two things are the worst that can happen that can totally ruin your dsm experience.
