Who is it you are refering to that waits till after 6k to feel power. I just dont get it. If your car makes full boost at 4k then dont floor it below 3k. Its that simple. If you are constantly waiting for the mystery in a car that makes full boost in the 4500rpm range then thats your fault. Learn how to drive or go buy a turbo deisel that makes 1000ft/lbs tq at 2k rpms.

as much as i want to i can't see either a green or a 20g hitting 11.4 unless the car was on a serious diet (cause our cars are seriously heavy).
it can break 11s, it was more 11.8 or 11.9 from what i've seen and i've been part of the suby community for about a year.
for a STi to hit 11.4 it takes a rotated gt30r(which i would be upgrading to) on race gas pushing about 480-520awhp depending on the dyno.
just my two cents
Two words...

I dont follow sti cars that much. So I can't confirm the times in his sig. But on the evo boards the 20g is popular. there are quite a few hitting below 11.5 with it. The evo is only 75 lighter than sti and has a smaller engine so times should be comparable to sti cars potential. only thing you need to see is the 20g dyno graphs are very pretty. they make well over 400whp when setup right and they dont fall off in high rpms like the 16g. the spool of 20g is very fast for its power potential , thus it makes a nice street turbo for someone just looking to get in the 11s.

20g is without a doubt a great choice for a street car looking to run 11`s.
They are reliable as well.
