Damn Jerry rep points for ricerness!! JK That sucks I am pretty sure they will not go for reckless in the court.
We are all stuck on thinking that the cops can't do this or that but their damn statues are just as crooked as we are.

I got Reckless which was $114 and seat bealt $70. Then I went to the court and the judge said he will reduce it and take off 6 points that Reckless carries to some other statue and drop the seatbelt ticket, but with court costs I had to pay a total of $350, and take a 12 hour class.
I made 6 monthly payments on that 350 which was like $62 it wasn't all that bad.

To be Radar certified, you have to take the classes AND pass the test. You have to say the speed of vehicles passing and be correct within +/- 1 mph. you are tested on more than 20 cars (cant remember the exact amount).
So, by saying the final method can be beaten rather easily, could be false. If the officer can judge the speed of all the cars in their test and get them right, how can you prove that he estimated wrong when he's been tested and proven to estimate correctly?

I know this, and I am sure he does. All you have to say before he starts talking is tell him that this conversation is being recorded for quality reassurance.
