Here:

and

http://www.alltrac.net/tuning/blowoffvalve.html

You shouldn't really pick a blow off valve just because of its sounds and/or looks. However, the HKS and Tial are excellent BOVs. Greddy is nice too, but the diaphragms have been known to have issues and they leak at a lower psi than the Tial or HKS. Blitz DD is also nice, but I don't know if it can be recirculated. Same goes for the Apexi Dual Chamber.

I personally liked the HKS, because of it's "reverse pull" design, versus the "push design" that all the other bov's use. That means that you won't have to worry about the HKS leaking any boost. They have been rated to hold alot of power as well and have great reliability.

Enjoy. I've always been a fan of the Tial and HKS SSQBOV (What I have on my car).

Yes and if it were my choice I would just get a Crushed 1g BOV.

SSQ design ftw. Most of the sound links Ive found dont work, but some do.

crushed 1g sounds great, all business.

before i bought my car from brandon he told me he went through 2 hks ssq bov's because they both just crapped out on him...he then went with a greddy typs s before he sold it to me...i didnt care to much for the ricey type s sound so i traded for the new type rs greddy...has the best design according to greddy then all of their bov's....although some here would argue the type r is the best for holding higher boost pressures...but since ur in on it for the sound...my type rs sounds like air brakes off of school bus
