You haven't had that car for very long, have you? How many miles were on the turbo when you bought the car? 16g turbos boosted high don't last forever. Maybe the turbo had lots of shaft play when you bought it and you just finished it off.

Turbos are not rebuildable once the blades scrape the housing. At least not through any reputable shop

Ive got my old T-25 just laying around, no wastegate actuator, but maybe you can somehow use the one from the 16G? Is it even possible to use a T-25 on a 1G? just to make it driveable anyway? I know the compressor outlet is different but maybe with some flex tubing and a lil creativeness?

and as for the valve cover I did it myself and my friend works at a machine shop and made he spark plug cover for me. Thanks for the compliment

1st- Im sorry to hear about blown turbo. Id look into getting a 14b to hold you over untill you can get another high performance turbo.
