it could be the turbo timer but 99 % of no start 3000 are the fuel pump relay under the mas airflow sensors

Everything was tested except for the crank angle sensor.

So I'm being told the exhaust has to be grounded?

I don't think it has an alarm. I tried resetting the starter relay just in case it did but still had nothing.

where are all of the grounds located. I have one off the intake manifold going to the firwall. They had previously relocated the batter to the trunk and have a ground that looks like it is grounding to the rear engine cross member from the starter. Thats all of the grounds I could find. This thing is completely frustrating now.

tested the coil packs and those are fine...
