issue

Default issue

i was driving down 19 and my brake light, batt light, and coolant light all came on at the same time, also the idle went up about 600-800rpm. its still the same and its saying its overheating? any ideas?

the battery terminals in our cars are so shity, they must be a little loose, check that, this happens to me a lot by the way .

yeah would that explain the rest? idle, coolant light, brake light, temp gauge rising as i drive....i was thinking head gasket as far as temp gauge and idle.

yeah, if the voltage is low enough, the car will idle like shit, it can even go off, the warning lights will come on and off, just chek your terminals to make sure they are not loose, if you have an AFC, check the voltage that is getting to it, it should be above 13 volts at all times.....

yea, my volts went down to 9 and my temp started goin up, i thought my belt was slippin, but i had a bad ground.

ok is the easiest way to cheac by slapping a new batt in and see what it does?

check all the wiring and connections before you go buyin a new battery.
