working in insurance you are def lucky they left their information / as far as who is paying for it im sure they have an insurance company that will take care of it but i will def call them to get the ins info to put a claim in to get ur money to fix ur car.....

UPDATE: Cops sent their apraiser out and he did a 1800 dollar estimate. I think im going to buy a new bumper new headlights have the fender repaired and painted along with the new bumper and having 5 coats of clear sprayed on a new cf hood!!
