Awd question
The only reason I have a welded diff is because I gernaded my stock one. And my car is not a daily driver any more I take it out once a week or once every two weeks.

Proof of this? In the thread Ive read and through personal experience, no one has had reliability issues with the welded diff, Im not saying its a good thing but reliability doesnt seem to be an issue.
So this annoying clicking in the back is I guess one downside of welded diff??
This is NOT a developing problem as it cannot be pointed to a certain part, and supposebly other people with welded center diffs have experienced the same?

<--Daily driver, two years on a welded center diff. I get noises from the rear as well..yet to strip a spline, break an axel, cv joint etc.
great. just wanted to make sure that this was not the begining of my rear end going. One less thing on my mind to have worry about or think about fixing.
