Default another stupid problem..

ok well my car kinda jerks and cuts out while im driving along.....im thinkin its the wires cause they are kinda old and beat up, but someone else said it might be the tuning(im running stock fuel maps on 570ccs and a 255lph). any other ideas, i might try the wires soon. also the tach wigs out a little everytime it happens, like it jumps up or down a few hundred rpms real fast..it seems to be getting slowly worse also. any input appreciated. thanks.

Fix your bov.
Put new wire and plugs in.
Take some fuel out to compensate for the pump and injectors.

how long since the pump and injectors went in did this start happening?

i would say the 255lph and the 570's untuned would definatly not make for a smooth ride down the street..

can you smell gas in or around your car?

the injectors and pump have been in for a while, but my egt went out then my afc went out, so i bought a new AFC2 with nothing to tune with, so its on stock fuel, i think i might be gettin a logger and soem new wires this week, so it will be good.i replaced the screw in the BOV (the old one popped out under boost lol).

Dude it sounds more like an electrical problem, check to make sure you don't have any wires touching each other, or that the battery terminals are well connected, our cars are notorious for having bad battery terminals....
