Default Still no luck...

Replaced all the brake lines with RRE's SS lines and its still locking up. Im thinking it has to be the proportioning valve now. When it started doing ot again I kept driving it to see what happened and when I got out the front rotors were glowing... and the backs were fine. Thats the only thing I can think of now...

Also how accurate is the stock Oil Presure gauge because mine was going from the high dash mark to high while I was driving.

I <3 owning a DSM. The good thing is Ive only spent 15 bucks on gas in the past month.

That car is cursed. This would be pretty much the last thing in the system you haven't replaced other than the booster and the hard lines themselves, right?

Absolutely correct. This has to fix it or I am dead as serious that Im going to set it on fire and collect insurance money.

If you do end up doing that be sure to delete your posts here, it'd be a bitch if they found out you had been planning to do it all along, just make use of gas leakage and a cigarette. Quick and easy. I mean it IS a DSM.

Hahaha!

Hopefully Ill be able to diagnose it tonight. RJ was telling me when it starts doing it you can release pressure at the proportioning valve and if there is greater pressure on one side its the brake booster and if its the other its the proportioning valve. He also mentioned something about un bolting the master from the booster and if it starts to push it self off it could be the booster? Im not sure on all of this, but once I get it fixed Ill be sure to perhaps do a write up or something.
