im getting this whining sound when i start up my car. it doesnt matter if its hot or cold. its only on startup. i have replaced the starter and the same thing happens with the new one. took the starter out and it doesnt make the sound out of the car. i did just swap out a 93 fwd tranny to a 90 fwd tranny. before i swapped trannys it didnt make this sound.

all tranny bolts are tight and there is no gaps between the tranny and the block
