18-19 before becoming nothing more than a hair dryer and blowing really hot air.

Anything to back this data of yours up? Dyno sheets? Boost logs? A/F readings at different boost setting on 14b cars?

22???? no i think emonz is about right, cause a 16g is what can go to 22psi, a 14b is a little less.

You think wrong.
I ran more than 22psi on my 14b and way more on my 16g.
The fastest 14b car there is runs a open wastegate.
Run as much as you can with out detonation.
If you guys ever wont to make some power then stop beeing scared of boost.
14b`s are a dime a dozen, run it wide open till it blows.

Pull the vaccum line off the wastegate.
It will then run as much boost as the turbo can maintain.
