I would be really interested in seeing some dyno sheets or track numbers, or specific cases...and I didn't say stock, I said 'stock turbo'. There are no stock turbo EVOs even nearing 500whp, not even close.

the most ive seen a 14b do was 24 psi on brians mirage, i say we all switch to diesel turbos and run 150+ psi ...

but really like what tom and many others have proven, its not the size of the turbo its the tuning and supporting mods.

you guys are failing to realize the most important factor here. DSMTUNER is asking this quesiton.... ya'll made it WAAAAY too complicated for the kind of answer he was looking for.

Tuner, if you're planning on running more than 18lbs on pump gas, go bigger. otherwise, 18lbs is the # you're looking for.

I was thinking about going with a 14b, but a small 16g is just a couple of hundred more and can make a lot more power,
but yeah, most 2gs with 14b will run anything from 17 to 19psi on pump gas, some dyno numbers that i have seen have them making 270whp, but the 16g can get you to the 300whp a lot easier...
