i was just using it as a gauge of what they go for. i would prefer to sell it in town, but i will go out of state if i have to. these cars have alot of collectors value, which is somethin that most people don't account for.

No they really dont.

Im not bashing you in anyway but that is quite a bit to be asking for a vr4 with a stock rebuild. Im not sure if youve ever ventured to the vr4 board but they do not hold value very well and are still considered to be a DSM. But hey if you are willing to wait for the person that will spend that much more power to ya.

Now keep this thread on topic. If you want to discuss it further start a new thread. Too many threads go to shit in here.

Congrats on the build RJ. I cant wait to see it finally all in one piece.

You can ask what ever you want for your car. But dont confuse asking price with what they actualy sell for. I bought mine for $2k. And I would say it is in pretty good condition with 92k miles.
I have sold several DSM`s and you will with out a doubt get more for it on the autotrader than car boards. You may want to try posting it on the galant board though. Not sure how many people are actualy searching the autotrader for a GVR4.
