Yes it would be. I'm still a huge DSM fan. Though attempting to pull the motor on one, I now realize why people "..joke....well...not really" about getting angry at the car and throwing tools . Not to mention while I'm under the car trying to contort my hand in ways a Kama Sutra master wouldn't dream of to get to the tranny bolts, Dane(DsmInduction) goes....here try this extension .

You just need more experience. You should pull the motor, and drop it in a couple of times, so you can get the hang of it. I know for most of us on here who have pulled them out, it takes about 30 minutes going slowly to have everything disconnected and the motor pulled.

 

HAHAHAHA YOUR BIG GIAN FOOT WAS COVERING THE CRAPPY THING! that was nothing cmopared to the one above the axle! hopefully ill get the mounts undone soon...they seem hard to get to though!

 

ok one more question...im undoing the rollers, right? thats all i know of thats undetr there...but when i undo them, will i have to brace the transmission, im undoing them at the roller part, the one bolt that goes through them....i theres only one more mount for the transmission besides those, i have the motor braced with the hoist, but nothing on the transmission, will i be good?

 

You will have to brace the tranny, or you can just pull it out with the motor, that might be easier for you so you dont have to worry about all this, put a couple of bolts back in the bell housing and disconnect all the tranny shit and hook er up to the hoist, disconnect everything you can find holding the motor and tranny and lift.

 

ok well ive already disconnected the two mounts, now i just need to slide it off and disconnect everything formt he motor. i cant figure out how to slide it off though..i have the hoist out to the right facing the car. oh and should i pull the wiring h arness out as a whole or disconnect the wires one by one form the motor. i havent tried to pull it yet, but is it okay for the tranny to tilt witht the motor?

 

Disconnect everything from the motor, the tranny is ok to tilt with the motor, I suggest once you get it out, you repeat it a couple of times so you will be able to do this on your own like a pro.
