Default Windshield Wiper Problem!

The problem is simply this...they donīt work...can anyone tell this mechanically inept person what he should do about this. No response whatsoever from them...How can i push my awd in the rain if i cannot see? I fix computers, and build websites if anyone out there wants to trade services.

Rain-x works the best, the faster you go the better you see. Have you checked the fuse, or tested the wiper motor to see if it is bad.
