A quaife is gear operated. There are no clutchs in them. They are also supposed to be guaranteed for life.
The Kaaz has clutchs and is rebuildable.

I was gonna say, there are no clutch packs in a Quaife differential, its a Torsen diff with worm gears. I know, I have one in my center.
