Default 2g problems

My 2g is giving me some strange problems. Every now and then when I warm my car up it will just turn off on me, so whatever, i turn it back on, but now its getting worse. I was driving to work going about 50mph, and the car just stopped and turned off on me. It wouldnt kick back on until I heard a "click" somewhere under the hood, then it kicked back on. Anyone have any ideas on what this could be?

Where did the click come from? Did it sound like it was in the passanger floorboard area? If so your fuel relay might be going bad.

The sound is coming from somewhere around my computer. I noticed yesterday that when that click sound goes off, that my radiater fan spins for about 2 seconds then it turns off.

By around your computer do you mean the passanger floor board. If so it might be your fuel pump relay. But now that you mention the fans kicking on check your radiator temp. sensors to see if they are good. Might also want to have your ECU checked out for leaky caps.

I was thinking about getting my ecu checked up on, because my OBD sensor isnt picking up the problem.
