no theres is virtually no smoke untill it warms up, and when im going theres a little smoke, but after a hard acceleration and then i let my foot off the gas and let the engine decelerate there is a big puff of smoke then.

Like I said before, it looks like it is your valve seals. Time to have fun, get dirty and rip it apart.

Getting the head off isnt hard. I agree with the valve seals unless you are lossing coolant. Then its the head gasket. Either way if i was ripping the head off I would do the mitsu 4 layer gasket and arp head studs. I ripped the head off a friends car today since he is on a trip and well his timing belt broke earlier this week. The valves were fucked but anyhow if your not lossing coolant its the valve seals!

Why would you want to go with a mitsu 4 layer and ARP head studs? You make it sound like the stock composite hg and bolts are shit.

The stockers are not shit. But if you have the head off why not upgrade?

I have seen a stock block/head/gasket/bolt 130k mile t61 powered dsm run probably 30 125-133mph with no problems. Stock headgasket/bolts are not "shit", just most peoples tune when running them are.

ok, heres the deal now, i changed the pcv valve on and it and it virtually eliminated all of the smoke but theres still a little bit, of greyish/blue smoke, and i still have 175-180 compression on all 4 cyclinders???? now can anyone help me a little further.
