Default power/ time estimates on setup

hey i found a guy about an hour and a half away from me who is looking to sell me his car for about 3-4 grand(we havent settled on the price yet)... i was wondering if anyone could give me a rough estimate on the power figures and 1/4 mile times a '91 awd (5 spd) would put down with this setup:

-boost controller @ 14psi (he ran 16 psi at the track- no problems)
-k&n filter
-turbox h34 blowoff valve
-ported S16g, o2housing, exhaust manifold
-16g elbow
-255 fuel pump
-shep tranny with double synchros on 2nd
-3" stainless intake
-rnr 3" turbo back exhaust
-resurfaced head with 3 angle valve job
-new valves and all new seals along with all new gaskets
-polished intake manifold
-2100lb pressure plate
-new timing belt, tensioner, brakes

i know some of the stuff doesnt really effect power but i just listed it anyways... btw this car is also untuned right now but i would like to know power/ times of a car that has this setup and is properly tuned... thanks a lot for your help guys
-Josh

btw the bottom end has 30k miles on it, the head has 1k miles on it, and the tranny has 5k miles on it... the balance shafts have been removed and the head has a 5 angle valve job instead of a 3 angle(this might be a stupid question but what do valve jobs do? do they add power or do they just reseal?) ... sorry for all the questions... thanks a lot again

So I take it that he's already taken it to the track? Has he told you what he ran yet? Im thinking that for the price range and the mods listed, maybe around $3500? And I would say maybe, high 12's with an okay driver. Good luck with the sale.

Another important aspect of headwork is the valve job. Believe it or not, over 50% of the flow gains generated by good headwork can be found in the valve job. Factory valve jobs often involve only cutting the seat i.e., the 45-degree surface that the valves seal to. Sometimes there are additional rough cuts made to the port to ease the air’s approach angle to the valve. This is why factory valve jobs are usually either called one or two angle, one angle being just the seat surface, two angle being a seat surface plus a smoothing throat cut. In a cost conscious, mass production environment, there is simply no time or money to spend on small details like a multi angle, precision valve jobs...

yeah he's taken it to the track, but he only took it there once, and when he did he only ran it three times... when he took it to the track it wasnt tuned, it had a shitty head, it didnt have the tranny or and it had the stock clutch that wasnt grabbing too well and he wasnt launching right... the first time was at 14 psi and the timing was off- he ran a 16.1(shitty driver )... 2nd time he messed with the timing and upped the boost to 16 pounds... the car died half way down the track b/c the intercooler pipes blew off... it ended up stalling on the return road too... 3rd time he fixed the pipe and ran a 14.7... i personally think its his lack of driving skill, tuning, and other mechanical problems he was having that slowed his car way down... he told me though that with all the problems fixed and a good driver it should be in the low 13's- high 12's range... now i know i can trust him a bit more since he's not tryin to bullshit me... does anyone know what kind of power figures its probably putting out? does this sound like a good deal to you guys for the price? thanks a lot guys

also... what would you guys recomend next? injectors, s-afc, and suspension are my next guess on what to put on it... then id do a few personal touches to the interior so that it a little better (seats, harnesses, steering wheel, better system, etc.)... and what should i get for tuning? he said something about how he had a palm to tune it with but he didnt have the cable to hook it up with... does this sound logical to anyone? is there a program out that you can use a palm pilot with to tune or something or am i just reading it wrong? once again... thanks so much

Seen many cars with that combo. If you really good you may get high 12's but not the avg driver.
