No the 1g automatic came with a 13g. They also came with 390cc injectors and a different FPR. Among other things.

To convert a automatic to accept a tdo5 turbo(14b,16,20g ect) is a pain in the ass. All oil and coolant lines to the turbo are different. Getting one that is already converted is a major bonus.

My automatic was FWD not AWD and it went 13.8 on my third and last ever try. All it had was a 2g exhaust manifold,14b,450`s,K&N,MBC,modded 1g mas and a 2.5in turbo back. With more practice brake boosting at the launch and alittle more tunning it would have went 13.5 i am sure.
Automatics can be just as fun and fast as a 5 speed.

i noticed it when i saw "TD05H" on the compressor housing... i knew something was up cuz the 13G is a TD04... and i dont remember what color the 390's are, but this one has blue-top 450's in it, just like my other GST. the STarion setup is ok... the UICP could stand be be redone though. im not sure if the FPR is from the AT or the MT... but i think ive got a spare MT FPR sitting around.

i wanna find a Field SFC to install on this thing... cant let this harness go to waste...

Good job on getting it done so quickly. Its funny how a tech couldn't do it.

Mitsubishi Tech's suck ass. I had an electrical problem, my taillights weren't working. I was charged over $300 for them to just "look" at my car and tell me I needed a whole new $1900 wiring harness. Not to mention it sat there for 2 days. I took the car home, jacked it up in my apartment's parking lot and fixed the problem in about 30 mins. This was at Courtesy Mitsubishi on Hillsborough and DM for future reference.

loll... thats pretty shitty. thats what they do though; swap out parts untill something works... rarely do they ever do honest-to-goodness trouble shooting like we would normally do.

i think i may have to swap the lifters out on it and install either a MT ECU or find a Fields SFC controller to plug into that harness, it loads up quite a bit at idle and low RPM's... plus just a major tune-up and possibly new T-belt/BS-belt and tensioners and some misc hoses. ill probalby go thru and do all the Free mods if they arent already done, and eliminate the VSV's and emissions stuffs... Less shit to break in the future.
