Default 94 Eclipse Compression questions

OK...found out the problem with the 1994 Mitsu Eclipse...
(4-cylander 1.8L engine)
Sparks plugs/wires and ignition and fuel pump and radiator are all great and working. Did a compression ratio on the 4 cylanders, from right to left (if you were looking at the engine).

1st cylander-getting about 5-8 psi when trying to start car

2nd cylander-getting about 65 psi

3rd cylander-getting about 65 psi

4th cylander-getting about 65 psi

Question- is this a blown head gasket (is was running hot before) or is there a problem with the cylander?

The car tries to start, but sounds sick turning over, as if it can't get that final kick. Obviously due to compression.

FINALLY- IF it is the head gasket, I am sure I can replace it pretty easy myself (did one on a '88 Cougar V6 w/np). If it is not, is there anyone that would be willing to fix for some cash? I don't have a lot, but will supply all beer needed! Thanks all...

Your best bet is to just pull the head and find out.
