type s
well now if you are talking about power above 400 hp where you are in need of more boost , type s will not be the best choice , from what greddy says the types is good up to 25 psi

Well when i got my type-s i went to you know tighten it up to get best response from it when i tightened it up the bolt and spring shot up at me. Thats all i have to say about the type s. I am now running a 1st gen crushed. Works great for me. Holds 19 lbs of boost fine.
me and my type s get along (infact its probably the only part that hasnt given me problems) but then again im only useing 10 pounds of boost...
