right now i have stock fwd non turbo... it sucks but i enjoy it im fixin to swap out engine but till then .... i normally shift between 6500 and7000 rpm it feels good but i just listen never really pay attention i cant seem to get my 1/4 mile time down because i cant here with a helmet... so hit me up

What are you planning on swapping to? By the time you do that, you could just get yourself a Turbo Model and have a much better platform to work off of.
