lol i knew one of you would run your fucking cum catcher about that. well, seeing as how you know me so well, im sure you know ill be owning another rx7. i will do a couple things to it and then get pissed off and sell it. its how the world turns for all of my rx7s. its the car i dont like, NOT the engine. the engine is a masterpiece of engineering. only a fucking genius like felix wankel could come up with something like that.

- 1250 for subframe, driveshaft, etc.
- 925 for JTR long tube headers
- 100 in misc engine gaskets + cleaners
- 65 for FPR and quick disconnects
- 130 Denso supra fuel pump
- 400 for new clutch MC, line, and ls1 ECU tune
- 100 misc fluids
+ 300 for fd tranny
+ 1500 for fd engine
+ 550 for exhaust
+ 450 for intercooler setup
+ 150 for M2 ecu
+ 45 for fd fuel pump
+ 40 manual boost controller
+ 30 FD Starter
+ 150 Bonez midpipe + highflow cat
+ 70 for 13B subframe
+ 25 MAP/BOOST sensor
+ 50 downpipe + O2
- 100 new GM MAF and IAT sensors
- 100 for flywheel resurface, hot tank oil pan, press in new diff bushings.

mmmm I have heard of lots of rotary MOTORS not being correctly rebuilt by the USDM dealerships, but who knows if it's a reman or not?

"Factory" rebuild? Do you mean dealership rebuild? I don't think it goes to any factory for a rebuild. Maybe just for a remanufactured engine. Either way, I would think a quality rotary specialist shop would be more qualified, especially one that offers a warranty. Unfortunately, a lot of rebuilds that don't last are due to problems that existed in the first place that were overlooked for numerous reasons, and there are some problems that are fixed with aftermarket solutions (How many dealerships would think to change, let alone upgrade the thermal pellet?). You can fuck up your housings and rotors and still have them looking good to the untrained eye, and that's going to make each rebuild die quicker than the last.
i dont know how mazda does it, but at kia we dont rebuild shit. we order shit FROM THE FACTORY and send the broken shit back to them as a core.
i swear to god tr says some of the fucking most ignorant shit sometimes. yes, a dealership is going to do some fucking shady half asked rebuild... stupid fuckers. im so fucking tired of people running their fucking mouths on tr when they dont know what the fuck they are talking about. techs at a dealership DO NOT rebuild shit. they send it out to the manufacturer and order the shit remaned FROM THE FUCKING FACTORY.
