best bet miata if looking to drift or 2nd gen 7, although i do not condone drifting at all those would be better IMO for drifting.

yea, they make a good amount of aftermarket suspension components for the FC and the miata. The longer wheel base of the FC is definitely an advantage if you're thinking about actually being competitive. But the miata is a great all around car and fun to slide as well if its just for fun. A stock miata (1.8L) would prolly be a lil more fun than an n/a FC but for the price of a decent miata you could prolly get a TII w/ some decent mods......"the choice is YOURS!"

edit: My friend has a s/c miata and shit is nuts, 15 psi and full suspension, its a go kart and you can slide any corner in any gear.
