I have heard that you'll have clearance issues with the twin turbo mani.... but people have done it anyways... Just stay away from a 93, ive heard the tranny isnt as strong? Or some thing,i dunno? Im still trying to figure out which route im going to take with my FC... Best of luck tho

this is not true. the FD tranny is plenty strong, its good for 500+ horsepower.

ya im just gathering info. im looking to to a complete fd swap in the fc but keep it stock. (for the most part) im planning on having it installed by someone better than me. basically i heard that a stock 3rd gen runs 13.5 in the quarter. ill be happy with somewhere around there. then im redoing the interior

i heard with the 20b you need a really heavy duty clutch. and few other things....plus thats out of my budget. how hard would the fd swap be in a fc turbo? same thing pretty much?

well the secondary turbos are weak in the 13b rew, they usually break. youd be better off with a t2 swap, its hard enough. with the rew youd need to move mounts and do a lot more work to just have to wory about the secondary turbo. no to mention theyre expensive engines, the s4 t2 is only like $1800 with every thing (trans ecu harness ect.) g/l finding a good 13b rew under $2k
