first goto www.rx7club.com and read
you'll find the FD swap is highly not recommended
buy the the NA and learn how an FC handles
then save up, sell the NA and buy a TII
build the TII motor up, it can make all the power you want more reliably (and cheaper) than the FD's

you don't want power steering, especially the NA S5's version
save up for a TII then
it is WAY cheaper to just buy a TII then to try and build one

I still recommend learning how to drive the FC with the low power NA, you might be surprised at what the limits are on a FC with a good suspension setup and good tires.
Power is the last thing you need when your learning a new car.
