What did you do to your mazda today?
-installed a traditional spin-on oil filter block. i never liked the new cartridge style ones, and the monkeys at the oil change place rounded off the plastic piece anyways, so i was unable to change it. much better now, makes oil changes twice as fast. also, thank you mazda for making the MZR block with a downward facing oil filter, just like a v8 motor has. (much easier than the sideways facing one on the 240)
-also, did a vacuum and washed it
and then it rained

Had my first dyno run yestreday with my stock 87 n/a fc. 138rwhp with 123 torque. Still need to replace some 20 year old parts like the fuel filter and a few belts. Not bad for a stock beater heh? Has a gutted cat and cone filter.... cant wait to start my 500 budget build. aiming for 220rwhp....
