Lowe Performance is in Sarasota off Clark Rd(72)
They have a top of the line shop and staff.
You get what you pay for, but I think they are pretty fair. Plus they have got some of there work on display pretty much all the time there.

Well...
Not really a "rotary shop" but the guy said he knew them well...
I don't even know the address to the shop, but it's here in Venice.
Anyway, he told me I needed a timing chain, and when I asked him if i could watch him change it he said "No, insurance reasons." So I asked him to then just show me where the timing chain is located and he asked me to leave.
