Does it currently have the red/black seats or just the black ones?

How about some Corbeaus? Corbeau Racing Seat: LG1 (Legacy)

I definatly want a 5 point harness! Thats the reason I want the racing seats.

What are you doing that you need racing seat and a five point harness?
(which you definitely don't wanna use without a harness bar and preferrably in conjunction with a rollbar)
Is this just for looks?
If you're looking for performance your money is best spent on a good set of tires & lightweight wheels, then some suspension upgrades, and maybe even a brake upgrades or at least more aggressive pads.
Trying to add any power into the auto will be pointless so I'd go for some appearence stuff.
But this is just my opinion, it's your car make of it as you want.

IMO i think u should skip everything and invest in those black rims. i dont think u need pedals or racing seats because the stock ones are already really nice. esp since u have an automatic, there is no need for the other stuff. none the less its ur vision that matters so go ahead with what u want but dont forget to post pics of ur progress! good luck!
