thanks driftin. please do look for the wiring instructions or how-to for me. im sick of this shit. i had to call a buddy of mine to jump me yesterday coz i kept on turning it over with the fuse out. i almost drained the battery

i think its time to get my spark plugs cleaned and get a new set of wires.

ill also get new wires for the battery. i remember that i got new wires and cleaned the contacts on my starter since oil was dripping from the engine.

thanks again everyone!

If the rats nest is remove you removed key components that prevent flooding.

Dude the first thing you said was false

it's the programming in the ecu.
Has nothing to do with the programming. Put in an aftermarket computer was just a bandaid. One of my RX7 is stock over 100,000 miles and NEVER floods and starts with the first crank.

i wasn't able to find a write up specifically for the fc. really any shop around here could do it, probably wouldn't cost too much. i just couldn't find a diagram for you, sorry bro.

I think what he ment by the programming in the ECU is that it is programmed to run rich.
I've been told a simple SAFC helps with the problem.
I've also been told that simple up keep helps to avoid the problem.
