Ok well is there a secondary throttle on FCs? I found a rod that goes up to the throttle from the bottom area of the engine that the previous owner had tried to zip tie back on but had come off, so I put it back on there and put a cotter pin on it etc. Also the rear intercooler pipe was loose, and a few other problems... I flooded the car BADDDDDDDD lol and now I am waiting for it to air out some to see if that fixed my problems but we shall see!

Oh...that rod is for the oil metering pump that is very important! It a control that allows oil to lubricate the housings.
