My dream car...
They're street legal in the US now. That was the tough part. The REALLY tough part was getting them street legal for California. You should look into the price difference between buying a new Atom in California vs. any other state. 10s of thousands, no lie. Honestly, though, I think an iron 13B would be a good bit heavier than a 4cylinder.
We talking TT, I assume? Considering that's what was posted, and that would be the most comparable, I'd think (boosted, big aftermarket, highest performance). I really don't see it being close, considering the TT is less than 50 pounds lighter than the LS1 (apples-to-apples comparisons on this are hard to get), and the Ecotec is all aluminum like the LS1, but less than half the size.
o ya i got a ride in eric's FD down patterson, and now i want one, ha! so do we have a race? who gets theres first? if we do i believe we've got the equivilent to a sailboat race around the globe... cuz it'll be a few years untill i buy an fd, lmao

even if it ended up being illegal in the states, couldnt you pass it off as a kit car or maybe pass it off as one of those buggies that look like the atom that you see on the street or anything like that?. Im sure there is a way to pass it off as a kit car to make it legal or no ????
