On rx7club.com there is a guy named Japan2LA and he sells used JDM motors. He is an rx7 freak so he will tell you what the compression numbers are and make sure you get an S5 motor/tranny. He also sells low compression motors for cheaper because they would need to be rebuilt. But a good compression s5 TII motor/tranny is $1250+shipping from him, it will be a great motor. Hes in L.A. if you didn't catch that by his name. I messaged him about 1month ago shopping for a motor and he had (2) good compression S5 motors and (1) good S4 motor. He's your best shot for a good motor for sure, your not going to find a s5 TII motor locally but you can drive up to Ocala and pick one up personally for $1200.. Good luck, I'm in the same boat as you, I have a 91' black hatch that needs a turbo drivetrain

if you need the drive train you might be able to get one off a ford f150. They will be able to hold the torque/power of the T2. ive heard they bolt up.

True Dual is the shit. Are you getting the racing beat setup or just the dual header and making exhaust? It makes the car sound just like a wicked 2-stroke bike.
