Scott quoted me $895. for the LT8,then $100. for the connector kit.

I think I found it cheaper somewhere else,with the connector kit and shipping for what I would pay just for the ECU with Scott,Anyone else have any info?

895 for just an lt8 or lt8s or lt8x which one? also what connector kit you mean the acutal harness or the laptop connector kit.

check also rx7club for some deals on microtech used and new.

 

If I was going to get a Microtech,and get it tunned.I would say CFT or Scott.

Im not sure the newest "8" But I think its the LT8X.My friend is tring to push me towards the E6K,Because its easy to tune,and he can send me maps right into my email,where microtec he has to send it as a (word?) file and then I have to type it all in.

I was refering to the laptop kit.

 

honestly they both seem pretty easy to tune once you know what each one can do. but on the lt8 you do have to type in the maps. later models like the lt10 and lt12 allow you to zip your file and send it off.

100 is a good deal for the laptop connector kit. 895 isnt bad but you can find better deals out their. like i said their are always people on rx7club selling haltechs and microtechs.

 

Yeah I PMed a guy on the club,he wanted 850. shipped for a lt8.I pmed him,told him I would like to speak with him on the phone,(I wanted more references on the person)

Im very skeptical on buying used electrical shit,especially if I wont be using them in a few months to test/use it.

I have no experiance with haltec/microtech,But i also dont want me tunning resorces to be limited to one tuner.

For what im doing,The LT8 does seem good for what I need it for.

Up tp how many injectors can you run on the 8?

I checked LT8,is only good for 4 injectors,and 4 coils.

Instead of me getting a laptop adaptor (I dont own a laptop)

How good is the "Handset Controller"
