I would think it would eat the oil seals since its in the oil system

It could probably do a number on the oil seals too but they've got the metal side-seals on the rotors in between them and the ATF.

If you put ATF,in your combustion chamber, and it leaks to the waterseals,You have a seriuos problem than to worry about the rubber seals getting ate up.
Thats what happen when coolant seals break, and coolant/water goes into the combustion chamber (rotor housing)Causing the smoke out of the exhaust.
You do have rubber on the rotor.
Rubber grommets for the corner seals."Rubber Insert for above corner seal"
Oil control rings,on the rotor."Mazda Factory O-Rings "

Eating away the rubber seals?
Braking down the carbon?
Boost temp?
We are talking about an n/a engine here.
I dont think it will eat away on rubber seals.
I personally think it helps with the carbon break down to loosen up seals/springs so they can work properly..
Take away all the carbon,No I dont think that..
I have soaked old seals/springs in ATF.. and gasoline.
The ones in ATF,do break down the carbon build up easier than the ones in gas.
I dont get where you are getting at,cause out of the thousands of people who refer to the "ATF" trick claims it works, your the first so say it does not.If thats where you are getting at.
supposed to be a comma in between the boost, temp.
the statement was that atf "would do a number" on oil, coolant, corner seals etc. i was saying that the general combustion process is alot harder on things than atf could ever be.
as for the atf. well if it is flooded to the point of fuel wash out, you will need to put something in there to get a seal, oil atf whatever. as for the decarboning well i like water over atf. if you ever have the cahce to run some water through a car before you tear it down for engine/head work try it out. never said it would not just that there are other options.
